Worst restaurant in terms of service. Didn't serve us food and made us wait for more than one hour. Didn't respond even after complaining and they don't care about customers. We left the restaurant and they didn't even care. I don't know who is the owner or the manager, but you should know there are so many good and better hotels in Kundapura. These people are acting like they are the only hotel serving food. Making people starve for hours will not do good you. I suggest if you want to have food and want to go here then you have to take a day off from your work and go here because they won't serve you food.
It is a hotel in a complex of wedding halls & lawns.Mostly catering to the wedding crowd. However it is neat & clean good hotel. Restaurant food is reasonably good . Don't order mutton dishes as mutton is hard
Made us wait for one hour and still didn't serve food. Worst experience, worst management. There is no one to complain, asked them to call manager but manager didn't even come to us, even after complaining they made us wait foe one hour. If anyone from Sahana is seeing this review, atleast try to respond. We had plans of watching movie after dinner but these people spoiled everything, atleast if you can't serve food you need to tell us you can't serve us, you simply can't take order and make us wait. I tried to talk to manager or someone who can take responsibility but no one turned up, they made us wait even for that.
Worst experience in a hotel in Kundapur!!!! Went to have dinner here with my family, they kept us waiting for more than 1 hour and still didn't serve us food. Started complaining to management after 30 mins, still no response from them and made us wait for 30 mins again. Worst experience!! There are better hotels and restaurants in Kundapur. They are acting like they are the only restaurant in Kundapura. The worst part is even after complaining they didn't serve us food.
Had been to sahana orchid restaurant for family dinner and had a good experience here. The food here is very tasty, the staff are professional n the service is excellent. It's almost become our weekend dinner place now. Staff Vasu kulal and team took good care of us. It's a best place for dinning with a best food n ambience.

Pathetic food. No taste at all. In the name of pepper chicken they are serving kabab sprinkled with lots of salt and pepper. Chicken 65 was bland. Reshmi kabab had no flavour ,It felt like chewing rubber. Ambience is good. They really need to look into their food section.
