Dr. Suri Srimathi madam and staff really very kind and understand patient concerns Now my wife is pregnant the kind of caring they took I am so happy and joy . A doctor holds a very important position in society. She makes people get relief from pain and suffering. With do all respect I am very much thankful to her .

In the 90s an orthopedic surgeon use to visit this hospital and his name is Dr Makhani who was one of the top 10 doctors in India. I got operated 7 times and able to walk now but not properly. At that time there was one lady called Dr Venkata Lakshmi who use to manage the hospital. After sudden demise of Dr Makhani sir, tried to reach Dr Prasad sir but unable to reach
The worst staff I have ever seen. 90s model reception and they don't act fast and don't even respond properly. I would suggest not to visit this hospital.
There is no option to give half star to this hospital. If u are going for Suri srimathi then I would say please don't go, if u r in pain she will not care about the patient and leave her and will go for other cases in between. Horrible hospital and rude staff. Had one of the bad experience in my life going to this hospital..
Very bad staff... the nurses give runaround... the doctors are nice and educate the patients but the nurses do not give proper response when we ask anything and lie about patients. We waited for more than three hours for the doctor only to know that our doc is not coming because the daycare nurse lied to us that he is coming.
The doctors are good, nurses are giving hard time to patients in the absence of the doctor. Request to please take action on the daycare nurses irritated behavior.
Some doctors are not willing for cash less hospitalization. Pressure a lot to pay the cash and then get reimbursed from insurance company. Reason they told was that the anesthesia doctor was under non practice allowance and cannot take cheque. I heard good things about other doctors in this hospital, but may be I was in wrong hands. They claimed some serious cardiac issue for my wife delivery, which was completely rejected by Cardialogist they refered and certified good for c-section. Still they wanted be change the hospital, may be because i admitted using cashless facility though they told not to.
I got out of this hospital and also went to a completely new doctor got my wife delivery in another hospital without any issues.
For Card payment they are taking 2 % more, in-spite of reminding RBI guidelines. As far as i know they should not change anything extra.
In this era where hospital are becoming totally commercial, this is one of the finest hospitals where still values are given utmost priority. Dr. Srimathi garu and entire nurses are totally service oriented.
Pathetic services, no proper care is taken nor qualified doctors, management is looting money on the name of trust, they will be conducting tests for which they want to loot patients, all the staff aayas, watchman, nurses & doctors will ask for tips, I'm sure that till today April 6th 2019 not even a patient is cured here, I truly believe that the reviews which are positive about hospital is been posted by them. Trust me government hospital is 1000times better than sagarlal memorial hospital.
Guys no water in wash rooms, no lock system for washroom doors, washroom maintenance is worst smelly, I request each and every donor please don't donate money on the TRUST,, They say it's TRUST but they charge same money from patients as if the Apollo & yashoda loot.
