Kimnas Hotel exceeded all expectations with its stunning rooms and impeccable service. The owner, along with the dedicated staff, ensured a delightful stay. I must say that the entire thing was pathetic. Firstly, the team was not welcoming. The food items ordered were not warm and the taste was not at all good except chicken tikka masala. Additionally, the food was over priced in comparison to the quality of the food items. Also, the washrooms were not at all clean. Sagarika is only a good place to click pictures and for social media artists but for dine in, it is not worthy. "Highly disappointed!"

Food is not up to mark. Need Indian chef to improve. I have ordered 3 vegetable out of that both indian vegetable are not up to mark, no salt and paneer gravy is little smelly. But Chinese vegetable is very tasty. Bony has good service. Sanjana has good service can be a very good GSA. Nice ambience and very spacious with lovely swimming pool. Hope to visit again.

Spectacular grandeur with beautiful set ups both outdoor and indoor. Super fast service and great hospitality by staff members. All the dishes we ordered were well prepared and fresh...one must try mutton . And according to me the Rhino is the center of attraction. Feedbacks for improvement: correct the names of the dishes on menu card, toilet papers should be added in washroom.

Hosted a dinner for a large group of family and friends at the Sagarika Resort. The food was very good. The ambience was relaxed. The service was prompt and courteous. The entire experience was delightful. We now have our favourite place to host in Silchar. Had organised a lunch a few months back at the Sagarika Regency. That was yet another marvellous experience.

Worst experience ever..Guys it's a new scam going on be aware of that.went with family to see the place , paid 1000 rupees together and was even unable to walk properly because of the crowd, it felt like I was in a marriage . Then we went to dining and found no staff to order for, all busy running with plates and dishes.. Then asked one of the staffs to order the food.. he went and never returned , then asked another staff , he didn't even bother just said he'll come back and also he didn't return!! Then we waited for another 1hr but found no one and decided to come back to home!! Worst experience of my life!!

Fooding of Sagarika Resort was totally waste... Such a Food Quality its totally unexpected, rates are growing higher day by day but food quality is totally 0/10 It was our second visit and hopefully last only...

Nice food but servicing is average. We got two times a used glass, one of the glass had stain of masala, another had lipstick stain. I think they just focused on lighting and decoration.
