Point on Food. Worst services(more lots of attitude )and more over the price and quantity of food doesn't match, you can got to normal resturant and have good quality and quantity food... It's nothing just wasting of money nothing more. Not an good experience as expected mentally. But for outside natural View it's good.

Had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. First and foremost, the food quality was abysmal. I ordered steamed rice which was not fresh and paneer butter masala but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The dish tasted starchy and stale, indicating that the ingredients might not have been fresh or that it was overcooked. The dish was overcooked at the point that it was inedible Furthermore, the staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in providing even the most basic level of service I believe that a dining experience is not just about the food; it's also about the atmosphere and the way customers are treated. In this regard, this restaurant failed spectacularly. When I shared this with the owner, she mentioned as the crowd was huge they were not able to manage. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements. As it stands, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone. Dining out should be a pleasurable experience and sadly it was not.

Food is tasty and awesome price is reasonable as per the restaurant standards.. But their service is slow and no of staffs is less.. Overall it is a good location for family dining and Get together... Recommend always.

The food quality was very bad. They most probably have served stale rice. But the ambiance and the behaviour of the server was very good. But the quality of the food just spoiled everything.

One of the best hotel in Silchar. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are very polite in nature. One main drawback is the entry to hotel. Entry is basically from backside. There are two resturent. One in 1st floor and one in roof top. Environment in the roof top is lovely. Specially in night time roof top resturent view is awesome. Food quality is good. Breakfast items are tasty.

Pathetic restaurant with atrocious food quality and service, none of the food we tasted was fresh, or tasty, ants swimming in beverages, stale food, high prices. It used to be good at a time, but if such service continues, visiting here is a no no for me!

Had a nice stay,for two nights,rooms are at per fivestar,service needs improvement,like prefer more varieties on breakfast,food was good,will enjoy pure Bengali cuisine if introduce,morning check in should be a bit fast,any way had nice stay,all d best.

This review is on food quality. They served stale rice. The server was good but the quality of food wasn't just bad, it was literally spoiled.
