It is Asia's Big Power Project ..About 1600 MW Side Sceen Are Very Good

Beautiful , but not for public

Normally any big plant most of time situated at remote area, SGTP also follows that rule , but overall nice area, if you want to visit via train then your stop will be Manigram, but not all trains stop at this station

Whaatta stunning and peaceful place. I just can't get over from it.

Sagardighi Thermal Power Project , Phase III Extension Unit 5 Super critical thermal power unit (1 X 660 MW) is under construction. The Project has received clearances from GoWB and Environmental Clearance from MoEF. The Project Zero Data is 01.07.2020. Expected 1st Grid Synchronization on 01.09.2023 and Completion of Trial Run within 01.01.2024. Main Plant Package comprising of BTG Package, CHP Package, AHP Package, FGD & SCR Packages is being awarded to Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL). Natural Draught Cooling Tower Package is being awarded to Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited Chimney Package is being awarded to Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL).

Heartily Thanks to all of the staff of Sg.T.P.P (WBPDCL) for giving us such a type of township. The environment of the township is just awesome. Friendly behavior, Healthy living, good communication, open & airy surrounding, proper drainage system & so on...It became my one of favourite place, especially the club where I've spent most of the time by playing badminton, table-tennis & with the gym equipment. My only the suggestion (as the first time visitor) is that : please try to increase the gym equipment & take care of those so that it would be great helpful to everyone. I want to go there more & more...
