Not so clean. There is a clear sign in the side announcing not to swim or wash clothes but people come every day to do these kind of thing.

Water body in the middle of the city. Previously had some historical significance, which is why it is popular as a tourist spot. But it really shouldn't be. It's a very small pond and not well-maintained either.

Good place to hang out, generally it stays very crowded, as most of the government offices, banks, library are near this. Also, good street food is there as well to munch and enjoy the view of lake. You will find mostly people hang out here till midnight.

This place is really great, when you come here, your mind and body become very good. There are many offices around the road. There are many food stalls. You can come for an evening or morning walk. The place is very beautiful and the environment is very good. Highly recommended

There isn't much to see at this place except a pond. The area lacks proper maintenance by the local municipality, which makes it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. One of the major drawbacks of Sagar Dighi is the poor condition of its benches. Most of them are broken and dirty, and some even covered by jungle growth. This can be quite disappointing for visitors who expect a clean and pleasant seating area while enjoying the scenic beauty of the surroundings. However, still you will see couples and teenagers are roaming around it. You can say that's the main attraction of it to have a place to hangout instead a park and paying park fees . Mostly popular with Nibba Nibbis though.

This is a wonderful place to chill and relax in the morning as well as evening. The lake breeze will refresh your mind. It's my daily go to place in the evening.

Cool breeze, range of food options, mostly Chinese, and Desi. Amazing tea. Good place for evening and morning excercise. All govt offices are located here including SP office. Posh area and doctor hub.

A beautiful pond at the heart of Cooch Behar city. A good place to sit and relax. You can sit with friends and family. Small food vendors are there for tea, snacks and ice cream, phuchkas. The pond is surrounded by some great old heritage buildings of British era. There is no entry fee. People often throw plastic in the pond. Local Authorities should take care of this. Must visit place in Cooch Behar.
