Horrible experience with smart city sagar administration... since last two years, under smart city initiative, contractors or workers of smart city sagar often dig the hole in front of my house, in Bhagwan ganj.. and it's been 5th time that they have broken the water pipeline. When we tried to call 181 for registering our complaint, it took multiple try's. finally, when we were able to reach 181, the service representatives disconnected the call without registering our complaint. I wish there was no smart city sagar initiative ever taken place
