Location is very good. Service was also good. Ac was working properly. Neat and clean. Pool is a plus point. Food was not good. Better look for outside homely cooked food. Buy it from the fish market and have it prepared by a local homestay. They will charge around 300 to 400 per kg.

This Diwali , we visited this property . Location is GOOD ... But this property do not give any Konkan feel . Very poor quality food . Being on beach side resort , we thought of delicious recipe.... but unfortunately , this resort serve frozen fish ...pathetic Breakfast Menu .... and no taste to any food at all . Finally on second day, we went outside to eat . Not recommended at all. Owner should pay more attention to this property .

Apart from location, nothing else is worth. Don't waste your money by booking here. Horrible service. Food is not available in the given BF timing. They keep only 3 sugar sachets in a double occupancy room and when asked to provide more, list of reasons come out.

We had my daughter's destination marriage at this beautiful locationon 5th and 6th November 2023 with excellent hospitality and choiced menu, combination of Maharashtrian food with exceptional taste of Modak and Custerd apple Rubdi. Thanks to MGT. And staff.

Location wise amazing!! beach access is a bit difficult ,you'll have to get down and cross a lot of garbage before accessing the beach, but an enjoyable experience! Food is good as well!!

We stayed here for 2N3D. The property location is awesome, views from the location are breathtaking. We selected this property for our holiday because of the uninterrupted view of the ocean. The Services have an average rating and quality. Cleanliness in the pool, lawn, amphitheatre are picture perfect, however the cleanliness is just touching average points in other areas like rooms, dinning hall, reception area, etc. Food isn't the best trait here, which will make you come back again or you will remember for long. The only point which attracted me to this location is the view of the ocean. Room phone wasn't working we had to communicate for each and every service through our personal phone. Except for Jio you will not get any connectivity/network here. The hotel will provide you free wifi but it's very slow. Under room amenities we received 2 bath towels, 2 mini bath soap packets and 2 Sunsilk shampoo sachets, 2 packaged water bottles, that's all. Bathtub in room doesn't look like it's been taken care, we struggle to close the lid in the tub to stop the water.

Excellent property, beach side cottages are preferable. breathe taking views in the morning. Enjoy the waves sound at night. A peaceful place to stay. Food and service is good.

Really good property with amazing views, a great lawn and pool space, and an amphitheater. The food was good too. Konkani, Panjabi, and Chinese are available here. The beach is within walking distance but not the clean one. Good to visit in monsoon season. And no airtel network.
