I am writing this review after my 4th visit to this place. My 1st two experience is okay neither say good nor say bad, but not as expected to other chains of Sagar ratna, may be because they are new. And my last two experience here are good as they improved with the taste and service. The decor of the restaurant is a decent, you will get a vibe of old school restaurant. Nothing much fancy inside or urban or Gen z kind. I have tried many cousine here, my favourite is veg cheese dosa and idli chaat. I also tried Mysore rawa, podi idli, idli fries, idli chaat, paneer soda, chettinad dosa, podi ghee dosa. I think with time this place will grow in terms of service and taste. Presently the location of this place is odd, it is in a residential space. It's all shady. I DONOT FIND THEIR SPRING ROLL DOSA GOOD AT ALL. DISAPPOINTED WITH MY 6TH TIME HERE.
Very bad Dosa .. We ordered Masala dosa and the taste was very bad . It was neither crispy nor good in taste , Standards have really gone down of Sagar Ratna . Bad experience. Sambhar was also not good in taste , Service was only good part . When food is not good , nothing else matters. We visited the outlet in Main City .
It was my third time visiting this place, and I noticed that they never turn on their centralized air conditioning. On each occasion, they would provide flimsy excuses, which makes me question the consistency of their actions. It seems like they are leveraging their brand name to attract customers, but their service falls short compared to other Sagar Ratna restaurants
Have a great experience. feel like home. The best thing is that no disturbance which make you can eat freely. I ordered a sweetcorn soop here which take 10 minutes to prepare and the taste is very good i liked it so much. Do visit with your family and friends. Must visited place. Thanks

We visited this restaurant last week ordered idli sambhar which was pathetic in taste same goes for dosa which was again tasteless. Sagar Ratna have degraded their food quality not visiting this outlet anymore
