Best of all experience, I always enjoy the cleanliness and hospitality even they're so busy, but staff always on toes, a must visit, another reason is- no competition, I found none other in the area with such quality
Didn't had a good experience. Food was pathetic. Price and quality are totally irrelevant, ant was smashed and floating in the sambhar. We ordered onion masala dosa and got the simple masala dosa with onion spread on it. Is this some kind of a joke. When I told about insect in the sambhar. Service guy acted so rudely that" ha to galti se aagya hai na" even manager didn't get to know about that. So careless.
One of the good south Indian restaurant in the Pitampura, New Delhi. Location of the restaurant is very good, located just adjacent to Pitampura metro station. Restaurant was neat and clean. Sitting space is sufficient and well managed. All the employees were good in behaviour. The ambiance is bit simple and can be improved. Overall good experience, you can definitely consider it for having quality sound Indian food with your friends and families.

The mention of sagar gets the juices flowing and you can imagine the aroma and taste of the food. Super efficient, hygienic and consistent. You can never go to Sagar have a bad experience. It is by far the most consistent and tasty south Indian cuisine you can get in delhi. I love the onion rava masala dosa, butter masala dosa, and rasam the most. The best tasting sambhar in delhi is at Sagar !!
I recently dined at Sagar Ratna and wanted to share my experience. While the food and ambience were quite good, I was disappointed with the service. It seemed like the waitstaff discriminated against guests based on their dressing, making certain patrons feel uncomfortable. The service only improved when guests expressed frustration, which is not ideal. The waiters lacked proper manners in greeting and treating guests. I hope the management addresses this issue to enhance the overall dining experience.
I have been to this place many times with my friends and family. The ambiance of this is place is quite good. when I visited last time with my family we order Dal Makhani, Kadhai Paneer, Butter Naan, Butter Roti, Garlic Naan, Masala dosa . I found the Taste of the food just okay okay earlier it used to be so Yummy. The food quantity served is Good.
