Sagar ratna is the best if u love south indian food and they never disappoint. The taste the food all are just amazing. Masala dosa was top notch and with that small idli with sambar yummmm Loved the decor. Loved the food. Loved the atmosphere. Overall had this type of yumm south indian after a long time.

Food taste and Hygiene Level: The served food was hot, fresh with accurate spice level. I had plain dosa, medu vada with sambar, chutneys and gulab jamun. The hygiene level of food met expectations. Food plating: Simple level of platting. Staff : Helpful and Polite Staff Cleanliness Level : Well kept with cleanliness and well organised seating arrangement. Affordability: Ranges from medium to high dish pricing. Peak Hours : often crowded on lunch and dinner on weekends. Less crowded in weekdays. Wheelchair Assistance: Located in City center Mall, Gurgaon, mall provides wheelchair assistance, talk to a person at the reception. Kids and Elder Friendliness: The food served is on accurate spice level. Sambhar has a pinch of spiciness to uplift it's taste.

The ambience is very good. The food quality is yummy and fresh. Staff is active and friendly. We love podi ghee masala dosa and chilly garlic ginger chowmien.

My relationship with this brand has lasted more than 20 years, yet I have rarely been disappointed. Their food is fresh, delicious, authentic, and cooked very well. Even their North Indian and Chinese dishes are top-notch. The restaurant's take on the 'Mushroom Masala' dish was so unexpected that I had nothing but praises. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection, and the 'masala' in the dish actually referred to its dry gravy prepared in mild spices that really tasted as if home-cooked, and not like a spice-heavy, overpowering gravy. Reasonable prices, too.

Nothing seems to have changed over the past years. The service is prompt and patient. The menu and food are standard - rava mahala dosa not crisp enough, podi idli not sharp enough, filter coffee nut strong enough - nothing extraordinary. Decor too has not changed. Meanwhile, the neighbouring Coco palm has had two name changes and makeovers.
