The food was delicious as always. Veg thali is to die for. But service is not very good. Took around 45 minutes for the food to arrive while I noticed them serving other big groups quickly who arrived later than us. NVM. JMD itself doesn't have anything else like for shopping of eating. Sagar Ratna is a good catch.
Taste was good for every cuisine we tried. We tried Tandoori platter, some special Dosa( sorry for getting its name) but it was good with Paneer stuffing. Taste was good. In the main course we tried kadai chaap and butter masala paneer with butter tandori roti ( they dont serve tava roti ). Now talking about the budget then it is bit costly but if you planning to come with friends then it can get into budget.

In Executive thali they give 100 ml daal and 100 ml paneer only. In asking for daal their waiter said nai milegi. They should revert ki extra cost par le lo. But their service is very very low

All franchises of Sagar Ratna serve great food, so does this one. My personal favourite here is the Spring Roll Dosa. Anyone looking for a fusion taste, do try it!!
The best South Indian cuisine restaurant. There's no doubt about this. I have tried lots of South Indian restaurants and stalls and what not but there's nothing which can compare to Sagar Ratna. This particular restaurant is within the premises of JMD Galleria Mall on ground floor. The mall provide free parking as well. The restaurant serves food till 11:30 pm and it has been my go to place for so many years. The cost of course is a little more than what you would have expected but that's just the only drawback I see. Rest all thing is good, the staff, the place, the service.
