SAGAR PG FOR BOY'S - Student housing center in Tumakuru - Tumakuru, India

Pretty bad PG. Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. They have no hot water for bath and they have only Indian style toilets. The toilets are very badly maintained and the staff do not clean them at all. No shower heads in bathroom so you should buy yourself a bucket. No hooks to hang clothes or holders in bathroom and toilet either. Also get your own mattress and pillow as they do not provide them. The WiFi is very slow and the network strength in rooms for cellular internet is less. Water problems are common here. Nobody cleans rooms or fixes any problems in the rooms. The PG is understaffed. The food is good and the PG price is relatively less compared to other PGs but it's way too high for the lack of maintenance and facilities. Starting price is Rs. 4000 for a room with 4 people and goes up to Rs. 5000 for a room with 2 people. Only the rooms with 2 people have attached bathroom and toilet. Food is included in all packages. The prices I have mentioned above are monthly payment for one person.

Unhygenic pg visited not maintained well the owner charges maintainence expenses .still smelly rooms not hygenic for expenses not worth of money so dont waste your time on it..

The place is okayish and have open gallery to sit and study but the staff is not good and the they don't give you proper bed when I stated there they gave me bed which was very dusty and with no pillow won't recommend to stay here even for free!

Good Affordable PG. Very clean and hygienic atmosphere for everyone. The food quality is very good and with nic staff. A high speed WiFi facility is also added in an good price point. And Mr. Ravi Kumar Koni sir, the proprietor of the PG is very Kind person and his support 24x7 he stands for every inconvenience in the PG and solves in possible time.

It is not that much you expect from this pg at all you have to go to the upstairs to eat And the rooms are not clean and not maintained properly and don't ask about the bath rooms they are the worst part over all rating is 2 because there are people living there even knowing that it is not good but due to it is located neat the SIT college and students can't afford the college's hostel fee so they are tend to stay there for 4000 rs

This worest pg in tumkur because food is not good and not given.and some time food is not available and no cleaning at pg and kitchen also
