I was admitted to the hospital for a surgery and I was very nervous about it. But the staff at the hospital were so kind and supportive, they made me feel comfortable and safe. The doctors explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The nurses were attentive and caring, they checked on me regularly and helped me with my recovery. I am very grateful for the professional expertise and personal care shown by the hospital team. Thank you for making my stay a positive experience.

My Mother underwent cancer screening at the hospital, as it was the only cancer hospital we could find near to us. Earlier we use to visit Hyderabad, but the distance was very far and it was quite difficult and exhaustive to travel every time as my Job posting is at Jagityal. Initially we were reluctant as we had a lot of apprehension about the surgical procedure and treatment for cancer. But the doctors were very helpful and listened to all our queries patiently and reassured us. The staff at the hospital were very courteous and the doctors provided clear explanations about all the medical procedures and addressed all my queries. The nurses were very polite, they monitored frequently and assisted with recuperation. I would definitely recommend the hospital to everyone.

I think this will remain as the most worst hospital I've ever been to. We stayed in a so called delux ac room which was pathetic. I don't even want to imagine how horrible the other rooms are. And there is one aaya named Jhansi who behaves like she owns the place. She is one of the reasons why I'd give a very bad rating to this already horrible place. She is arrogant, worst human ever. And she is there to serve patients. The person who hired her should be awarded the pathetic decision maker. I was there will my mother in law around 10-15 days ago and we regretted every minute there. Worst management.
