Very bad experience. There was human hair in my burger. There was total mismanagement in the resturant. Please avoid visiting here. Taste is pathetic, they inflate prices way too much for online delivery. I'm attaching pics for reference. Reviewing after visiting again (visited because I had no other options) and the service is still pathetic. Food is okay. Avoid if you can.

The good in itself tastes very good. But something I want to point out is the ignorance the people at the counter have sometimes like they don't want to be there or do that work. But mind you it SOMETIMES.! atmosphere is good but a little noisy at rush hours because of its location being on the main road.

This outlet does not seem like a Sagar Gaire, the menu and the taste of almost every food item are different from that of other Sagar Gaire outlets. The taste and quality are not fine. The place requires an overhaul by the Brand. Looking forward to a good taste.

For those who should go and try it once: Sagar gaire is one of my favourite places to dine in and order food. The taste is very good and food is prepared in a very hygienic environment. Sagar gaire Awadhpuri has a good space for dine in and even at busy times you may get a seat after a few minutes waiting. Food is prepared quite faster. For the manager: Just last time I visited here, there was an unpleasant experience as I had ordered hakka noodles (parcel) and after around 10 minutes I went to ask if parcel was ready, at that time the chef/packer was busy giving a Paneer Kulche to someone else, after this he served 2-3 more people and then after this he just handled me the parcel even when it was kept ready from when I asked the first time. It was my first time to experience such thing here, but I would like it if I do not experience more such things here. Overall it is a good place to eat, the atmosphere is good for eating with family and friends.

The taste of food is only deteriorating day by day. Even after sharing feedback with manager of this outlet so many times in person, no improvements were made whatsoever. The service is quick and prompt, staff is courteous and they even make changes in the food if we tell them about it but even then in general my experience has never been good except the initial times. I stopped having all my favourites here ( cheese pasta, paneer chhole kulche, combi) after i repeatedly had disappointing experience with each of these. Up recently, i asked my brother to pack a basic cheese sandwich (most hot-selling as we all know) but to my shock they did blunder with that too. It was so dry that i legit asked my brother if it was really from sagar gaire. All Bhopalis love this brand and so do i but sadly i won't recommend getting anything from Awadhpuri branch.

Nice place to go and have food. You can have a variety of food items( most of them being snacks). My favorite dishes are biryani and cheese sandwich. Cheese pasta is also good at this place. You can also find a lot of beverages here from icecream shakes to cold drinks. Thali is also available here. The sitting is a semi open area with coolers installed and you will find crowd at this place in the evening and hours. Paytm and phonepe are accepted here.

Very poor hygiene. No handwash liquid is provided. Food : chinese - 2/10, Paneer Khulche - 6/10 Overall food and service is below average. Can avoid the place and go to other place.
