Sagar Beach Villas Cherai - Home Stay in North Paravur, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

I recently stayed at Sagar Holiday Inn in Cherai Beach. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar compared to the advertised facilities. The property resembled more of a construction site rather than a holiday inn, and the presence of a new building obstructed both lake and sea views. This lack of scenic views left me disappointed with the overall stay.

Good, nice and cosy homestay. Rooms are clean and good service. Rajesh and Nisha took good care of us. Nisha despite not keeping well, was proactive and has high level of service orientation towards customers. If you want a quite , homely place to chill out would recommend Sagar Beach Villa. Nice homely breakfast. Lunch and Dinner can be ordered or can take a walk and have

Very nice stay in Sagar home stay... The place has a nice lake view and opposite to road, you have the sea view. Service was really good with excellent breakfast. Rooms are quite convenient and ample parking facilities available. Recommended for couples and family who would want to spend some quality time....

A quite family run home stay. The hosts Nisha and Rajesh are wonderful people. The backwaters in the backyard is just the right place to enjoy your morning cuppa and chill with you favourite book. Highly recommended if you are looking for a decent homestay with a great view.

Very nice homestay right on the lakeside & 100 mtrs from the Cherai beach . Lovely hosts who helped us to book taxis etc. For us the only downside was the mattress and pillows as they were way to soft and gave us back/ neck problems.

A Good resort with a beautiful view of lake combined with the sound of sea on the other side. The rooms are neat, added with necessary facilities , I found it a very comfortable place. I stayed in a room with a small balcony towards the lake. There are rooms with sea view, but personally I prefer the lake view rooms. You can spend a peacefull day with your friends and family here. They will provide breakfast at the resort but lunch and dinner you have to order from nearby restaurants or the resort guys will do it for you. I prefer take a walk to the restaurant and see the menu and order, coz you can get some seriously delicious food from these restaurants. Beach and restaurants are only walkable distance from this resort. Fishing, exploring the taste, beach and sunset, watersport are some activities in and near by this resort. Not to mention the Staffs here are so nice, Ask them to know more about Cherai and they will be happy to help you.

A pleasant area with rooms and wide open area to conduct various functions like, marriage, reception, parties etc.. Stage, podiums and seating arrangements can get in affordable range (I mean it).

Lake view is good from the villa. Rooms are well maintained. Service is good. Breakfast was good. Beach is 5 mins walking from the villa. Lunch/dinner food can be ordered from nearby restaurant Liliput. Food taste is good there.
