Amazing Stay... Owner is very helpful...2 min walk from calangute beach.. near the market... enjoy the stay

I have stayed here almost 5-6 times.A wonderful guest house if you are looking for a safe place close to the beach. The rooms are big sized with extra large balconies with a lot of sunlight. D'Souza mam is a very nice and helpful host. I have been visiting here since I was a bachelor and still prefer to stay with family. I always recommend this place to all my friends.

5 star accommodation. Walking distance to beach. Enough parking space. Clean Spacious rooms with kitchen balcony and amenities for cooking. My friends and family enjoyed the most staying here. Above all great hospitality from owner.

Very bad experience at this safias guest house. We reached in the evening at this place we had spoken to the owner freeda in prior we would be coming but nothing was done in the room. There was no water in the washroom one of my family member was stuck for almost 30 mins inside without an exhaust fan without water i had to call freeda several times for water but the only answer i got is wait for 5 mins wait for 5 mins later i had to carry a bucket of water to the second floor. We asked for change of room we were told to see another place for staying late evening even after knowing we had an infant with us.

We had stayed in 7 rooms, we were a family of 25 people. Good spacious rooms, hot water is not available instantly. It has gas and cooking services available at extra cost.

Amazing place!! Very close to the beach and also to the main road where all the restaurants, shopping stalls and other stuff is at. The owner is very polite and friendly and gives good guidance on where to go about. The rent here is quiet low as compared to other places. More than worth the stay as rooms are quiet good and well maintained.

The owner is very helpful and polite. She makes sure her customers enjoy holidays in Goa. If u are planning for a holiday in Goa, do stay at her place which is just 1 min away from the beach. You can contact me for more information.

Nice budget guest house. Good location.. friendly owner.. maintained by a lady who is friendly and helpful. Its a place just for the stay.. it's a house that is converted to a guest house so don't expect hotel like ambience.. but if u are looking for a calm and peaceful place close to the beach and on a budget.. then this is an awesome place
