I don't know where to start from
sould i talk about the pethetic service of the staff manging the villa.
damp and unhygienic bathroom
Electricity which is kind of basic necessities .we had to call them atleast 10times a day complaing about frequent power cuts and low voltage
invater not working
Generator not working
To fix all these problems they called an electrition.
No we had an electrition moving freely from one room to another for 2 days disturbing our privacy and still not rectfing the problem
Adjusting to all these things we decided to take a dip in the pool just to beat the heat. but the pool was not clean, it had insects and a frog in it. even the fileration unit was not working I asked the staff about it. he was like (vo kharb ho gaya h)
It kept me wondering how come such a small pool (I am not complaing about the size) is unclean atleast u can clean the floating leaves and insects on it
There is so much to talk about wht we experienced in those 2 days
Pethatic service
I might sound funny
but my stay was not fun
Lastly just wanna say that please don't waste your time and hard earn money on places like this
Search for a while and u would definitely find some better places
I have visited the villa in october month
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. During our visit, my colleagues and I encountered numerous issues that seriously impacted our stay and, more importantly, our health and safety.
Poor Food Quality: The quality of food served was subpar, and it did not meet the standards we expected. We experienced tasteless, unappetizing dishes.
Hygiene Concerns: The lack of hygiene was evident throughout the property. Sanitary conditions were far below what should be acceptable. This is not only unacceptable but also poses serious health risks to guests.
Health Concerns: One of my colleagues contracted dengue shortly after our stay, which we strongly suspect is related to the poor sanitation and hygiene conditions at your property. This is deeply concerning and unacceptable.
Wildlife and Insects: To make matters worse, there were reports of insects, tadpoles, and even a snake in or near the premises. This not only created a sense of fear and discomfort but is also a safety hazard.
We expected a safe and enjoyable stay at Saffron Stay, but our experience was far from it. We urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and improve the overall quality of your service. The health and safety of your guests should be a top priority.
We hope that you will address these concerns promptly and take measures to prevent similar issues in the future. We look forward to a satisfactory resolution to this matter
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this truly extraordinary property. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was attended to with care. (Special shoutout to Dinesh who manages the property along with the Saffron Stays team). The uniqueness of the property itself was striking - a perfect blend of modern luxury and exceptional architecture.
What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional food. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the chef's creativity and dedication to quality. The experience of staying in a hobit style house alone made the stay unforgettable.
Overall, this property exceeded all expectations, providing a one-of-a-kind experience that combined exceptional service with a culinary journey. I highly recommend it for those seeking a truly unique and memorable retreat.
I recently had the extraordinary experience of staying at an underground hotel nestled in the heart of the wilderness, reminiscent of a hobbit's abode. The unique infrastructure of this hidden gem is nothing short of amazing, seamlessly integrated into the natural surroundings. The spacious interior was a pleasant surprise, providing both comfort and a touch of enchantment.
Situated beside a gentle stream, the ambiance was serene, accentuated by beautiful plants and a charming pool. The connection with nature was palpable, offering a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The hospitality extended by the staff Mr. Dinesh along with his team Shoib, Fharan, Sufiyan , Hari were truly overwhelming. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth created an inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. Every request was met with a smile, making me feel not just like a guest, but a cherished visitor in this subterranean haven.
The culinary delights served Chef Mahendra and Dhiraj were nothing short of a feast for the senses. From local delicacies to international fare, each dish was meticulously crafted, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors. Dining became a delightful journey in itself, with every meal surpassing expectations.
In essence, this underground wilderness retreat is a hidden paradise that seamlessly blends exceptional infrastructure, spacious interiors, and natural beauty. A stay here is nothing short of magical, offering a unique and unforgettable escape into the heart of nature.
First of all on entering there were no direction goods to indicate the place where its stands. also the room that we were allotted had a lot of damp smell in it . also the food that we were served at 3:00 p.m. was very Limited we have to keep on asking them to refill the amount which was also over. we had ordered for vegetarian Jain food that taste was pathetic, even their intent to serve food wasn't been seen in their attitude. dining in the open in the two room Bungalows is not a very good ideas since all the mosquitoes and insects are just waiting to jump into your food .not very happy with the service & food served .and its just a hype created for a very photogenic place. outside Food is also not allowed.. and special Shout Out to the owner to make arrangements for a simple basic necessity of bottle water as then giving the Boring water which they are providing after filtration, the taste of the water was very bad.had a stomach upset due to this.. also the salads and the fruit which were cut had a very typical smell like onions eminating from it which did not make it palatable for us to eat .such type of service given after paying so much of amount on food is totally unacceptable. wouldn't recommend to anybody to spend so much money here.
Firstly all of the staff are warm, friendly and un intrusive. Also liked the idea that the menu was shared prior to check in so there was no disturbances during our stay. The food prepared by the chef is praise worthy. All in all the secluded location the green roof covered architecture with our pvt pool made it worth our short break we wished for.
Staff person : sufiyan hari bahu and ravi n shoib n dinesh were very helpful in all the work
The infuriating situation involves a deceitful hotel scheme where they lure customers with the promise of earning points for their bookings. However, when individuals attempt to redeem those hard-earned points, the hotel callously cancels them and shamelessly demands money instead. It's an outrageously unfair and manipulative tactic that sparks intense anger and resentment towards the hotel's dishonest practices.
To exacerbate the frustration, the hotel springs this appalling revelation on customers only after their trip has ended, claiming that payment is compulsory. This means that individuals are left with no choice but to pay the demanded amount, despite the initial promise of earning points. The hotel's audacious behavior adds another layer of deception and amplifies the righteous anger and resentment towards their unethical actions.
Best time spent wonderful stay, wonderful team managing the property..Dinesh and his team are too good..Food is also the best quite homely experience...sufian, shoaib Farhan , Hari, Chef Neeraj and Mahendra all good keep up the good work..Thanks a lot..
