I have ordered food from Swiggy today, a veg thali seeing 60% discount. But, when I have received the food it was stinking so bad, I thought it might be with one dish. The complete food was tasting bad, as it was a morning dish served at night.
Really disappointed with both Swiggy and Saffron for provided such bad food without concerned about the customer health.
Worst experience ever in terms of food quality and hygiene. I ordered Chicken lollipop through zomato from this kitchen and when I get that order at my home i found that chicken pecies are uncooked and worst thing about the food quality literally i found out chicken feathers on it. People please don't ever try to get food from here until and unless owner and staff not follow and serious about food safety and quality
When I ordered same i called at this kitchen i requested to chickens item must be well cooked and person told me sir don't worry about it we are following WHO guidelines..I m surprised which guidelines they are following...

Such an Amazing experience we had with Saffron spice kitchen.Chinese and North indian is what you should order from here.They are well known for their excellent packaging and fast delivery service which differs them from other restaurants out there.Also they have plenty of options in menu and everything has its Unique taste .

The food was very delicious. The Butter chicken,Chicken handi were exactly what we were hoping for in north indian taste.The food delivery service is amazing also they are very cooperative upon calling them and help you out to choose dishes.Overall I'm absolutely happy with my online food ordering experience with this outlet!
If you haven't tried ordering from this place yet then my friend you are missing a lot!I'm their regular customer since almost a year now and I'm just amazed with their quality of food.Both their North indian and chinese dishes are best also online ordering experience is good .

Delivered wrong food ordered paneer chilly but I received chicken chilly during my shravan fasting just hated the service. Irresponsible response. Don't think they deserve this 1 star too. Just annoyed by their service !!
