Frauds! Delivery guys are frauds and will try to extort money by saying they were not told to bring it inside, whike actually when we make the booking it is assured door to door pick up an delivery.. Dont fall for their trap!! A*s*h*l*s!! This guy named Sreejesh is the leader of all frauds, before even reaching my place he confirmed we had no lift here Lol!

Pathetic! I sent a package from Delhi to Kochi. It has reached Kochi 2 days ago and has not been delivered yet. I have been calling their customer service number but no response. I also sent an email and registered a complaint but to no avail. Their service in Delhi appeared to be really good. But if this is the situation in Kochi, how can we rely on the service? I am never ever going to choose safe express again! If anyone responsible reading this, please please do take immediate steps to deliver my consignment! PLEASE!!!

Pathetic service. Their tracking system does not even mention the estimated delivery date (how stone age is that!!). Had a courier moving between Cochin and Trivandrum (approx 200kms). For 2.5 days it was lying at their cochin location and then finally moved and then another 2-3 days at trivandrum location and yet to get the delivery, been 6 days already.. its like my courier has it's own personality and taking its own sweet time to travel 200kms (approx 5 hours) taking ample rest and recuperating enroute. Customer service (if you are able to connect) is of no use..

Very unprofessional. They say one thing in the beginning and do the other in the end. Very bad behaviour and way overpriced and also take advantage of people's situation. No consideration of people's situation and also threaten to not do any work unless and until they're given full advance payment. If you try to contact them regarding any issue with payment or billing they'll keep asking you to call one another saying they don't know and to contact the other executive who says the same thing to contact the driver. No proper way of conducting business and very unprofessional.

Extremely poor service. Delivery doesn't happen as per schedule...

Most useless delivery service. Unprofessional conduct by telephone operators. Please expect a delay of atleast 10 days from expected date for delivery of your package. Tracking system doesn't work properly. Not even worthy of one star.
