I went here for the gir safari tour, the tour bus was perfect for viewing experiences , we saw lions, deers, leopard and many more such animals moreover the view of the nearby areas and the forest was also amazing.
If you done main Gir safari and was not able to see lions then you can go for Devaliya park visit with guarantee of viewing lions. 16 km route is good, Lions, Leopard, Fox, Rabbit, Deers, Neel Cows can be seen.
One should visit the sanctuary at least once. Really it's such a wonderful experience for every nature lover. It's a fact that Asiatic lions are the ace attraction but there are so many other things also which should not be ignored like the Gir sanctuary and national Park is also the treasure of flora and fauna. There are so many species of mammels other than lions like leopards, Spotted deers, blue bull, hyena, fox and so many as well as reptiles like crocodiles, snakes and even trees also.

The lions here are too lazy and very sleepy as enough food is easily available and The lions look old. The safari bus carries a group of 15/20 person and the people make lot of noise insted they should provide small open jeep or jipsy
Nothing much to write about. Go to this place only if you have booked your ride in advance, otherwise this place has nothing special to offer. The sovineur shops are a farce, all items are from major metros..No local speciality is available. The rangers/staff have no specifics about the place to share either.
The staff were really rude. The bus tour was nothing to write home about. Better avoid this place and go for the jeep/gypsy safari only.
