My Tour was funtastic due to Safar Travel Express cooperative coordination. Safar Travel services are very good.

Went for scuba + watersports malvan package. They picked up 1hour delay then schedule At malvan,The scuba diving was terrible.its not scuba diving its duba diving,we didn't see anything,beach is so dirty, it lasted under 3-5 minutes (not the advertised 15-20 minutes). Hardly 1 metre under water. We spent the majority of the day waiting around in a boat. Instead of 12 hours, if planned correctly, the activities could be done in 1 hours. We were then very very disappointed that after these long waits, the watersports lasted around 20 seconds(watch video) each before they asked us for more money. Really poor. There were few instructions as to what we were doing or where we were going so we felt lost for a lot of it. While there is an element of paying for what you get, it would have been very easy (better planning and communication) to make this tour a lot better. Our Whole 1 day is wasted which can utilise in other activities

Firstly i had called them on a Sunday, They opened up just to make my booking which was to Katmandhu and back, however the Connecting Air India flight had been delayed and I was worried about my Arrival pick up that I had booked prior. They had it all sorted, I reached back, was picked up and delivered to my destination. These guys went out of their way. There is value in that. An unspoken word does no harm.

We have booked a tour in Oct'23 that includes transport, hotel stay, North and south Goa tour and water activities. 4* for safar travel bookings and arrangements. They do constantly check on you about the tour and share the details for next day plan etc. Only concern we have is related to the vendor partners they are dealing with. Hotel Beach box baga had good staff service and food, but the it has a tin box effect where all room is full of rusty elements and it smells bad. Sandy Goa tours took care of our south and north Goa tours. There was a big time management issue during north Goa trip as it was scheduled to get over by 5 pm but couldn't complete even after past one hour to the given time, resulted into dropping the trip in between to go for our scheduled dinner cruise spending money from our pocket. Last day was a water sports day. It was complete disaster. For scuba diving, they make you wait for several hours in boat and make people from other boat finish their activity. They gave you pick up time at 7:30 and reach only at 8:15. We reach at beach for remaining activities at 3 pm.. After wasting whole day in just waiting in the boat. At beach no one was there to guide us we had to literally chase people to get the activities done. This took hell lot of time. Upon coming back to the pick up bus we realised that it was leaving without all people. Upon asking them they scold us for being late. To sum up - arrangement from safar travel is good. But the other partners needs lot of improvement. Better to avoid the scuba diving if you want to save your day. Food taste is good at the restaurants where thry will take you for lunch but fish was never fresh... All frozen. Paradise dinner cruise - No sea food option. Very basic dinner option.
