Good service and co-operations by staffs. But rooms are not cleaned properly and foul smell.. Lack of Improper AC maintenance.. Executive deluxe rooms aren't worth

Very bad experience. The room was having fungus spread like a tree on the bathroom door sides.. The tea and sugar sachets were not refilled on the nexts days even after informing the same. The room was not cleaned after occupying by me... The air conditioner was not having enough cooling effect even it is kept in 16degC.!!!

Very bad and worst experience..they are very much tensed about room rent..I have paid advance rent for a day and next day they keeps on asking about room rent which made me feel like am a thief..they treat us like a thief in fact..and staffs were very rude and disrespectful..management must take care of such negative impacts from staffs..very bad experience..

Room was small but neat and tidy, enough for a 2 persons,near to Kottayam railway station.
