The biggest medical shop in Ottappalam situated in the ground floor of Safa Complex. Situated on the Ottappalam Pattambi Road beside the LIC Railway Station road. They are having stock of all types of medicines of every brand. They are also handling surgical products and all medical related supplies. The shop is always busy. Compared to other medical shops parking is available, although its minimal.

Excellent medical store and they have good stock of medicines. I wish they had ample parking space

Safa medicals is one of the leading drug store in town. If the medicines are not available, they will order it and deliver it upon our request. Accepts cash, card and upi. The main drawback I observed is that, they won't ask their customers to park their vehicles sensibly. As it is located next to the high way and at the beginning of Sunder Iyer Road, there will always be a traffic congestion. The customers park their two wheelers and the auto in the road itself and do not even care to park it properly. Many times I had to argue with the customers and if it's auto drivers, they behave very badly and abuse at times. This can be avoided if the medical shop guys are proactive. Unfortunately it is not happening.

One of few medicine shops in Ottapalam having all medicines of major and minor companies, therefore its visited by many. Facility of parking your vehicle is not available so you may have to park at JRJ complex or behind the new bus stand and walk. Discounts are given if you are a regular purchaser. Card and UPI payment facility is available

They have good stock of most medicines. If stock is not available, they are willing to procure it for us ASAP. For regular customers, they even provide credit facility. Easy to see from main road and close to busstand and many doctors clinics. Drawback is the lack of parking space.
