If you think your car wouldn't get through this, you are wrong. Try it. A bridge that leads to a gorgeous church and unlimited views of Talpona river merging into the sea. Such a sleepy, slow place that you'd let the reels be and spend some time without your phone.
The local backwaters around Blue Bridge offer a serene and enchanting escape. With its view and lush surroundings, it's a perfect destination for nature lovers. The Blue Bridge area allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the region, whether by boat, or simply strolling along its banks. The picturesque views, abundant birdlife, and peaceful ambiance make it a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating experience in the heart of nature.
Prettiest little river crossing in Canacona. Worth a trip for great views of the river, maybe even a swim. And visit the 'Pont Bleu' resort next door.
This off beat place and location is worth ur visit, of your staying in South Goa and/or near Palolem beach
It's just 15min from Palolem beach, and hey ur bike or the small car can go through the bridge too...one way only and a small road..so plz don't come in a big car or TT, to this spot
Also a nice quiet place to plan a picnic or dip ur leg into the river water instead of the usual salty beach waters in Goa
The view of the magnificent Talpona river is simply awesome. Do visit this place and explore..and yea some nice photos on the bridge, when there's no vehicles passing
Sadolxem Bridge is an impressive architectural feat that spans the tranquil Sal River in South Goa. As a visitor, I was struck by the stunning beauty of this bridge, which serves as a vital link between the northern and southern regions of the state.
The bridge is designed in a modern and elegant style, with sleek lines and an impressive span that reaches across the river. The views from the bridge are breathtaking, with the serene waters of the Sal River stretching out in every direction. The surrounding landscape is lush and green, with coconut groves and other tropical vegetation adding to the scenic beauty.
From a practical perspective, Sadolxem Bridge is an important part of the transportation infrastructure in Goa, providing a crucial connection between the bustling tourist areas of North Goa and the quieter and more secluded beaches in the South. As such, the bridge is an essential part of life for many locals, who rely on it to commute to work, transport goods, and travel to other parts of the state.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Sadolxem Bridge and would recommend it to anyone visiting South Goa. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor to the area, the bridge is a must-see attraction that offers stunning views, practical utility, and a glimpse into the modern architecture and engineering of this beautiful part of the world.
This beautiful beach is completely different from other Beaches in Goa.
It used to be hidden but now almost everyone knows of it.
You'll have to park your vehicle after driving off road for a while. After which you'll have to walk for around 30-40 minutes in a forest.
It's completely worth it.
The beach is clean and definitely has the bluest water in Goa.
A quaint blue metal bridge in the middle of two sleepy villages. Popular among those that want to visit offbeat locations in South Goa. The river below is very clean, and there are boats below the bridge that you can rent on an hourly basis. The view of the Talpona River from the bridge is beautiful, esp during sunrise and sunset.
These photos are of the Talpona river taken from Sadolxem Bridge.
Highly underrated it is nothing but only bridge but location is beautiful surrounded with natural beauty
Don't Park your vehicle on the bridge as it is very narrow. Instead park your vehicle just ahead of bridge and click as many pics you want
Location is little off bit but it's worth it
