Sadhak Anshit Yoga Foundation is an excellent yoga studio. Class sizes are small, allowing for more one-on-one interaction between the student and teacher. Sir is very knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time needed to make sure the students have the best yoga experience possible. He is also very attentive, ensuring that I was properly doing each pose and that I was getting the maximum out of the class. Highly recommend this studio to anyone into yoga or for those wanting to learn yoga.
