I'm the members of that gym... Gym is not ok even cardio is not working... Service is not good..
Good gym pretty well equipped. Since no other such gym available in this locality hence this is the only choice. Equipments are old fashioned. Lots of trainers available but all are useless. It's good for girls. if you are looking for a modern equipped gym with decent cardio variation and some cross fit stuffs then definitely this is not for you
The weight training area is small. No sauna available. Sufficient Machines are available for cardio but you cannot do it after gym. It is either gym or cardio. Such useless rules are not worth the price you pay. With a bit of travel, for the same price you can get everything in many gyms in chembur.
All the equipments are very useful and there trainers are also very good, it is suitable place for fitness....
one of the best gym in chembur area. the gym is most affordable with modern equipment's and good trainers are available at every time. the gym have two floors with each weight and cardio section. the provide daily routine of exercise and assign trainer for us. As well every moth the check bmi and provide nutrition intake or diet chart by diet expert.
It's 4 star dor sure. almost everything you need. Staff good .
Nice facilities and management; well maintained equipment, but one things you have to keep in mind if you have took the membership and paid the full membership amount there is no option of refund at all its their policy and you have to attend the gym by default, rest everything ie infrastructure and staff is good.
Sadguru mission fitness gym suggest something how good this Fitness club is.Gym instructor has so much knowledge with legitimate certificate so that you can trust on them.The Technique and the fitness routine they make for you to achieve your desire goal, girl/boy if you follow it with determination you will see the result.i do not care about how good or bad any gym facility is, what does matter is how good your instructor is and I am fully confident anyone who visit this gym and start doing their routine programs won't go anyway.
