Meditation plays a very important role in one's life. It transforms u from within, strengthens u. This Vihangam Yoga ashram is an excellent place to meditate. Ask the senior sevak here for Swarved, the heart of Vihangam Yoga. Additionally, this place has a very good garden too. Soon this ashram is going to be expanded even more.

A high level spiritual ashram wherever you will find an internal peace by heart.. A miracle spiritual sadhna is trained by the updessttaa (spiritual teacher).
