Average hotel with good breakfast. Room okay, no hot water. The staff walked into the room twice without knocking, that was a little weird. There were cigarette holes all over the bed sheets. The garden would be nice but there are plastic bottles horded in one corner and there seems not much cleaning going on. The man at the front desk was friendly and eager to help.

I really enjoyed my stay here.The staff are extremely helpful. The room was small but comfortable and there was hot water fir showers. The roof top restaurant was excellent as was the food.

I loved this hotel and the friendly owner/staff. It's right in the old town amongst the winding streets, close to a step well, market etc. Very helpful and accommodating and the room was excellent. There's also a rooftop garden for breakfast and chilling at night

The area where the hotel lies is totally a single community dominated area. There are butcher shops all around and you will feel you are in some other world. The overall ambiance of this haveli is very dull and i hate going there again....

Service were very nice. The room was big and we liked it, but the bathroom was not good. The breakfast was good (omelette, toasts and tea). The hotel is near a street market so it is curious to see it.

This is not the first time I stay at Sadar Haveli Heritage, I love this place and its owner Firasat Ahmed very much. The house is 250 years old, very cozy and spacious, several patios with amazing rooms. There are many preserved ancient interior details, surrounded by which you feel immersed in the incredible Rajasthani culture. There is a restaurant on the roof, breakfast is served on request in the morning. Highly recommend and will come back again and again.

Beautiful building complex, nice & colourful decorated rooms, perfect location in the old city and very, very kind and helpful stuff (even helped us a lot with getting our bus to Udaipur). Two little odds though: gates to the hotel are getting locked at 10.30pm - no way to get out and in. And the warm water coverage was pretty unstable (but could be an individual problem) Except that: full recommendation!
