Purchased daikin AC from here. My experience is really good. After purchasing i found that the outer unit of the AC was damaged it might be due to shipping n handling. So i contacted the salesperson from whom i purchased this ac(time: night). He asked me to visit showroom the next day.I visited the showroom as asked he instantly asked me to go to billing counter i went there then the staff managing billing counter instantaneously prepared replacement bill and holded the same n asked me to go to manager to issue the bill release Authorization. The manager intuitively heard my issue and released the bill and the new outer unit was delivered within 3 hrs the same day. As per my experience their service is really good. Must consider this showroom before buying any electronics. Even the price was very low as compared to other stores for the same unit. One more thing the staff there was not trying to sell a specific brand ac unit... That other stores were doing as per my opinion.

I have been visiting this place with my parents since I was a kid for buying electronic equipments. 3 weeks ago I visited there to buy an led tv but I was short on cash but they also have an option of buying it on emi through a bajaj finserv card on "No Cost EMI". I was relieved as it was for my mother-in-law. Staff is also really good as they inform you about all the best products and also offers along with them in detail. One of the product their "a radio" also caught my eye and I am sure very soon I am going to buy it. Thank you Sadana Electronics for such wonderful services.

Worst customer service. Looks like they are giving us money for visiting their store. Prefer Croma, Reliance Digital and Sahu Agencies anytime.

All in one shopping store for TV FRIDGE..WASHING MCH. Etc etc many things at reasonable price. Staff is good bahaved..just experience the difference. I m their customer since many years back...

Bad staff, not explain everything at the time of purchasing, make customer fools. Salesman Mr. Wahid does the fake commitment at the time of selling and also don't have manners to talk with their customers. They never take any responsibility after selling any item. Management also support these type (liar's) marketing person. If you buy any product from this shop, before purchasing- take the written proof of their wordings, because they do the fake promise at the time of selling.
