No timing, They expect people to wait3-4 hours to see a doctor. Management team need to understand the value of time snd the meaning of appointment. Staff are not bothered to reply if you ask a question. Please understand service is also important and make sure my appointment is on time and patient leaves happy

I recently had a very positive experience at Green Gardens mathilakam hospital. The staffs were not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. Each member of the team, from the doctors and nurses to the support staff, made a significant impact on my overall experience. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to General surgery department especially Dr.Sam koruth. I was treated by this amazing doctor and he made my most stressful time much more manageable and ensured I received the best care possible. I had a surgery and had to travel abroad after 14 days of the surgery. I panicked, I had a lot of questions and worries in mind. He took the time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. Not only did he provide excellent treatment, but he also went above and beyond by consistently following up with me to ensure my recovery was progressing smoothly. I truly appreciate his attentiveness and the genuine concern he showed throughout the entire process. Also, even after I reached London, he helped me with aftercare procedures of surgical wound. Now the wound has successfully recovered. I can confidently say that I couldn't have asked for a better doctor, and I am incredibly grateful for his outstanding care. Devika

Its not worth of giving one star, They give you token number while booking and say that you can come at the given timing.... and when we come they call the patient who came firstly irrespective of their token number.. i wonder why they provide booking facility.. After all this when the time comes to payment they ask cash... They say card is not accepted, or its out of charge.. gives some ridiculous reason. Wondering why the invention of cards..... Advice for newely people : Take cash in hand not liquid money

Very bad experience. I came here to see gastroenterology. I took an appointment, and they told me to come at 9 am morning after that, the Dr came in 9.51 AM its just a matter of time, but time is very valuable for everyone, and she go for breakfast after calling 1 patients Very bad experience go any other hospital please

Dr Sam koruth is the best surgeon around. He diagnosed my problem which others have missed. Finally doc did surgery and it improved the quality of my life massively! Highly appreciate his clinical acumen and surgical skills.Excellent services and excellent treatments. Such a very patient and friendly dr. Thank you doctor for your professional and caring attitude.

extremly bad feel about ENT and management department .rules are always changable according to the situation and patients financial situation

I had good experience here, one of the best hospitals in Cherthala. Cost is reasonable too.

My father was admitted in this hospital as a part of treatment and did not get proper treatment and not only that but only in receiving cash Without identifying the exact cause of the disease Due to this, the illness and health went to a state equal to death and finally those who realized the negligence discharged him in order to save his father from there and then he had to go to another hospital to rescue him from a state equal to death. Even then we have to spend lakhs.We were very financially devastated when we realized that the hospital had taken lakhs from us for treatment and was abusing us by not giving us proper treatment or instructions.
