Visited the place thrice on 3 different occasions, but never saw a real crowd in the restaurant. The food served is OK. The place served both veg as well as non veg food. The rooms are good, especially the 2 suites which are quiet spacious and near luxurious. Only aspect is the service quality which needs quite some improvement and lots of professionalism to it. All in all a good hotel and restaurant, at a prime crossroads location in Dondaicha. Serves the purpose but can be still better.

The service at this hotel is very poor. If I had a chance to talk to the hotel owner, I would tell them that some of your employees are hurting you. And this is true. Otherwise the hotel is very nice. Speaking of employees and service is very bad. Drinking water coming in three hours.

Average hotel located in Dondaicha Bypass, rooms was average mineral water bottle provided in room charged extra, breakfast not available till 9:0 am while we need to check out by 9:0 am, Staff is co-operative and willing to help.

Charges are little higher as per their services. I was told Rs800 but after little negotiating, he said Rs700 which was still higher. I get such rooms at about Rs500-Rs600 in other cities. There's No wifi. When I ordered food for dinner, it came after 1.5 hrs later and that too when I asked the boy after 4-5 times.

A very descent place to stay in Dondaicha. The staff is very cooperative, the location is great, the rooms and service is very nice and the restaurant serves good food. Would definitely stay here again.
