I bought a home gym from them recently. As of now, their service, listening to concerns, installation... everything went well and satisfactory. I'll update this review after 2-3 months after experiencing the home gym in real-time. Thanks everyone who put their efforts to deliver and install the kit at home.
This is the best sports store in the Hyderabad. They got everything from lower end to high end and they provide great services at the best prices. The sales executive 'Sai Kumar' in particularly always provides the best assistance. He has a great knowledge over badminton racquets & very helpful while being so humble & patient. The people who work in this branch never respect customers. I had to go to change the getting for my badminton racket. The person who do getting is literally rude, he makes us feel as if we are making it for free of cost. Moreover, the work was completely unprofessional. Never go to this branch.
Though they claim they are professional in this field for long....but guess what they are such a highly unprofessional thugs ..few days back we bought a bat ( rather defective bat ) thay knew it before...but when the exchanged was asked ...they completely denied it and refuse to exchange it.....pl dont buy anything from this highly unprofessional thugs ....the shop is not reliable..better buy from Amazon..where you can claim your return without any fuss
It was good experience. Staff was very polite and friendly. Almost every stuff is available for sports need. Little pricier side. Cost of products can be improved.
