SABYASACHI - Bridal shop in New Delhi - South, India

I had the worst customer experience with the New Delhi flagship store. I purchased my wedding lengha and my husband's sherwani and would never go back. The store manger and sales associate I worked with were just awful. If you are a US customer I would highly recommend going to the NY flagship, they understand customer service and are very hospitable.

Had a very pleasant experience with Amit guiding us through our purchase in the Mehrauli store. I specially flew in from New York for my wedding shopping and Amit was very warm, welcoming, and patient throughout the process. I also want to thank Janhavi for contributing to my overall pleasant experience.

It's a good store however the staff is a little cold and the service is not upto the mark. They don't make you feel like you're buying luxury. That's a big down side. The staff could have a better behaviour. Though we are fans of sabya we purchased our lehenga from here. Otherwise we could've missed out on it as the treatment given was very average. There was very little men's collection to try. They expect you to buy without trying. Such a huge store and just no stock available for trying. So alot of the things about the buying experience here are weird.

I had flown down from Melbourne to Delhi for my wedding shopping. Prior to visiting the store I was in touch with Varsha from the Kolkata store. She was extremely helpful and guided me every step of the way. When I landed in Delhi, Amit was helping me finalise the wedding outfit. He is possibly one of the nicest sales assistants that I have come across - helped us with not only the in store shopping but also ensured that the delivery and stitching was on time. He was super prompt with responses on WhatsApp and gave me some lovely styling tips. Everything about Sabysachi was a dream - the store, the staff and the service. I couldn't have asked for more!

Having visited both Flagship stores in Mumbai and Delhi, I knew I was in the best hands with Amit, the store manager in Delhi. I chose specifically to work with him, based on his experience and communication. Amit delivered customer service above and and beyond your expectations from a luxury store. His knowledge, patience and dedication to making sure every element of your experience is perfect has enhanced the whole experience of finding the perfect bridal lengha. I had the majority of communication with Amit from Australia, and he made every effort to keep me informed along the way. The trials / fittings were met with calmness and precision. Amit is an asset to the Sabyasachi brand, it's his eye for detail and passion for his job that brings the brands vision to life. Every Bride and every designer would benefit from having Amit on their team.

First things first , I was very skeptical visiting Sabyasachi store ,Delhi as the comment section is full of bad reviews but my experience completely changed when I visited the store and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Amit . He was very polite, humble, professional & the overall vibes actually gave me that Royal feel . The interiors just blew my mind. I would really love to visit store again in future .

This is very beautiful store! With very beautiful lehenga and sari. But customers service could be better. We went twice to this shop for wedding lehenga. First time nobody could seen us, because they were busy with person who were trying lehenga, second time we decided to try it out too and when I finally was standing near mirror in lehenga, assistant decided inform us, that you can't buy any of them, because it's just examples. That you need to make a order and wait 3-4 months (I don't have this time). So expensive and famous designer and sooo bad service....
