Old review- 4* Updated review as on Aug 2023 - 1* The hotel ambiance is moved from average to good but the taste of food is moved from good to worst. Recently I have tried multiple times. Gave the feedback about the quality and taste of the food to the management. And it looks like management is really not bothered about improvising it. I am really shocked by the negligence of customer reviews. I was a regular customer here, and I was happy with the food and the services. but after my recent visits, I have decided that I won't be visiting once again. If u all need it then u can try your luck.
This place recently got re innovated, provides the best quality of food, and the staff are very friendly and provide a very pleasant ambience. The price of food is also very reasonable. As their regular customers, they have been providing the best food for everyone in and around Mangalore. Also, do try their butter chicken curry and buff biryani.
good hotel have a lots of variety but the price is bit high and quantity is less as compare to quantity price is high. so need to improve in that area

Food is absolutely trash and tasteless. Worst mutton biriyani and porotta buff roast i ve ever had. Mutton was not cooked at all. And when we complained, the waiter was like "thats how the mutton is" as if we have never had mutton before. Juice ordered was 3/4 water.. despite ordering multiple items, none of them were worth it (infact expensive) . Worst food i ve ever had in my life

We, two members went to the restaurant. The ambience is not that great. Itz normal. We ordered wheat parota, kerala parota, egg chilly gravy. Gravy was thin liquid. Parotas were okayish. We asked for egg biryani, but the server said it was not available. So we had to order chicken biryani. It was moderate. Advantage of the restaurant is itz low pricing.
