If you want to try authentic mughlai good this is the place to go. Keep in mind this place is not a fancy place to click picture but a place full of nostalgia and authentic food with extremely affordable price. Do try their chap and rezala. They do have a non AC and AC sections and they do have small cabins at as well. A must go for sure.
I ordered their chicken chaap for Rs210 and tandoori roti for Rs15 per piece. Taste was awesome. Chicken chap had a thick oily gravy with the taste of curd in it.. fresh and good to taste. Tandoori roti was fluffy and soft. You should also must try their chicken or mutton rezala..best in Kolkata.
One of the oldest places in Chandni Chowk, Kolkata serving mouth watering dishes. Among the list, Chicken Chap, Chicken Rezala and Firni deserve special mention. Highly recommended. I visited so many times but the quality of the food never disappointed me.

Heritage legendary moglai restaurant for out of the world tandoori roti and rezala. A huge fan follower including sir Satyajit Ray. One of the at least once in a lifetime restaurant experience in Kolkata, West Bengal as well as in India.
The food was quite good with respect to the price. The main reason I tried their food was because of their heritage. The atmosphere or the ambience was not anything special.
Old fashioned hotel. Known for it's cult mutton rezala.. This time I tried chicken special biriyani (2pcs chicken and egg)costed Rs 280 The biriyani was awesome at this price compared to other biriyani places. Please do visit if you are a foodlover.
