Worst service ever..when I entered room..I find in this condition and therapist "Christian" was just talking on phone and when I said kindly stop talking it's very disturbing. She said arrogantly you are getting service that is important. I wish I could give negative rating. Not recommended at all.
When you pay premium prices you expect a premium service which wasn't the case ...the therapist was good but the noise of people talking around isn't expected ...etc etc
Very unprofessional staff.. I cled them for booking but THE STAFF just disconnected saying "ABHI MEIN BAHUT BUSY HU..BAAD MEIN CALL KARTA HU". .(excuses! I'am not ur frnd , im ur customer you cant talk to me like that) THE STAFF on phone didn't even bother ask me any thing or waited for my reply just disconnected, wat kind of Pathetic customer service is this.. Whr you don't even have basic ETIQUETTE to greet the customer with hello or mrng.. THE staff also lacks the basic sense of not picking up the cls on the counter if they stuck with other work.. Nvr seen such unprofessionalism.. If you want good service nver go there.. Because its true that "first impressions is last impressions" Thank god! i came noe the about their unprofessionalism on the phn..nd got saved frm wasting my money
