SAAS Residency - Hotel in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

Only positive is the location (nearby railway station) I booked for standard double room Rs 2000 but it's not worth it.Room seems very old,dull ,ac was working but even at 16degc setting it felt like 29 or 30. Staffs are good and well mannered.complimentary breakfast starts only at 8am .

walkable distance from kozhikode railway station. nice and comfort stay. room and bathroom was neat and clean. Bike and Car parking available. room was lil bit small but muchenough for 1 person.Except Dental kit; large towel, soap and shampoo was provided. Early check in was allowed.overall a good stay.Early check in & Car Parking.

Rooms are reasonably clean. No view. Mobile range spotty for BSNL or JIO. Toilets need to be more cheerful! But everything worked...

Very good. Always stay here when coming to Kozhikode. Budget friendly rooms however do not compromise on cleanliness and room amenities.

Neat and clean room.. Small room comfortable for two persons.Prior booking available so didnt have any difficulty when we reached Calicut. Includes complimentary breakfast. Restaurant is attached to this and good food served there... Had Kalyan biriyani and Gundalpetu biriyani both were budget friendly. Recommend this place

It is a good option if you are looking for a budget stay near the Calicut railway station. Though rooms are little small but it was very clean. Pros: 1. Rooms are very clean. 2. Working A.C and geyser. 3. Lift is available at the property. 4. It is very near to the railway station, around 300 mts. A walkable distance. 5. Easy access to conveyance and transports like auto and cabs. 6. Check in and check out process was also very smooth. Cons: 1. Rooms are too small. 2. Washrooms are also small. Altogether it was a good overnight stay for us as it was a overnight halt for us while going to Wayanad.

Disappointing Experience at SAAS I recently stayed at SAAS residency for one day ( on 20 May,2023) and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. I feel compelled to share my feedback to help others make an informed decision. First and foremost, the staff at the hotel was extremely unprofessional. Their lack of professionalism was evident in their interactions, leaving a negative impression throughout my stay. I expected a higher level of courtesy and customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The room services provided by the hotel were below par. Despite multiple attempts to request assistance, I had to call the room service line four times before my request was fulfilled. This delay in service was frustrating and negatively impacted my overall experience at the hotel. Perhaps most disheartening was the hotel's unwillingness to listen to feedback. When I attempted to share my concerns and provide constructive criticism, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive( particularly Reception staff on duty on 21st May) and he himself to rudely told this to share in reviews, This lack of willingness to address customer feedback is concerning and indicates a disregard for improving their services. Location is good and restaurant food was good., Overall, my stay at SAAS was marred by unprofessional and rude staff, poor room service, and an unwillingness to listen to feedback. I hope that my review serves as a helpful cautionary note to others considering this hotel. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience. Rating: (1 star)
