Stayed there for a week. Good place. Hot water available. They provide kitchen supplies to make tea and coffee. Fridge was there as well. All the ac worked as well

We had booked this place for our stay on 24th May for 2 nights. The place was neat and clean. Bathrooms also cleaned perfectly. It was a wow experience. The owner is a very cordial person.We reached at 11.30 in the night...the house key was available immediately. The owner was continuously calling to find out if we had reached.The place is also centrally located. Thank you Sir for making our stay as comfortable as possible. I have a small suggestion though if you don't mind. If you can keep the ingredients required to make coffee or tea....it would be appreciated by coffee or tea drinkers like us. Thank you once again

Beware: Lot of fake positive reviews! Would have let it go if I was not threatened by a drunkard when with family. The house was not cleaned properly, dusty and full of cobwebs, plug points don't work properly, fridge had leftover, no dishwashing liquid provided, ACs start but doesn't cool, fans ran at very low speed. The water in the tank was muddy yellow water not properly filtered and no drinking water provided. The house owner was a fidgety guy, when i complained about the service he sent a drunkard to threaten us to make payment. Would not recommend.

We recently stayed at Saaketh Home Stay in Kozhikode on 3rd June 2023 as a group of 15 members, and our experience was far from satisfactory. The owner's behavior regarding payment charges was highly disappointing, and it significantly impacted our overall impression of the homestay. Firstly, our check-in was delayed by a staggering 8 hours. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, we were met with an unwelcoming and uncooperative attitude when discussing the payment for the extended stay. Despite there being no other bookings for the following day, we were astonished to discover that the owner demanded an additional 6,000 rupees for a mere 2-hour extension on our checkout time, citing the delay in our bus arrival as the reason. This lack of basic understanding and flexibility left us feeling frustrated and disheartened. In addition to the money matter, the overall condition of the house was extremely disappointing. The property had not been adequately cleaned after the previous visitors, as we discovered various items left behind in the wardrobes. Moreover, the air conditioning was insufficient, failing to provide relief from the heat, and the fans were either non-functional or operating at an abysmally slow speed. This made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Furthermore, locating the homestay itself proved to be quite challenging, causing unnecessary difficulties upon our arrival. Furthermore, the accommodation was not suitable for our group of 15 members. The house did not offer enough sleeping arrangements, providing only two single bed cots instead of the queen or double beds we had expected. Basic toiletries were also inadequately provided, despite us informing the owner in advance about the number of people in our group. We were disappointed to find a shortage of towels and soaps, which further inconvenienced our stay. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available for showers during the nighttime. This was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially after a long day of travel. Overall, our experience at Saaketh Home Stay in Kozhikode was marred by the owner's behavior, lack of cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and the unprofessional attitude displayed towards guests. We strongly advise against choosing this homestay, as it does not meet the expectations of a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The stay was really nice. Away from town. Ideal location for a party of 10-13 people.

Overall stay would have been good, if not for fresh potable water, low fan speed in most rooms, AC was not functioning properly in most rooms. Most importantly paying additional charges for a get-together small party in the parking space seemed absurd.
