Worst experience ever. Did not expect this from OYO. They are looting in this hotel. I had booked this hotel from oyo website and used a coupon code which gave me discount. The hotel receptionist asked me to show how much I had paid, and asked me to pay double of the price I paid - if I wanted to check in, or he said he would cancel my booking. It was past 9AM so if the booking is cancelled, I wouldn't get refund, also, since it was raining, I didn't have any other option rather than paying up. And the rooms were also average, not properly cleaned, broken lock, and rude staff. Totally not worth the money they are asking to pay.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is utterly impolite. The airconditioner wasn't working and when I raised the issue with him, he said, "none of the rooms' airconditioners are working, we are looking into it, it might start working by tonight or tomorrow, you have to adjust with fans, that's all". The restroom had a broken tap and was not kept clean. Avoid it. The positive reviews are probably fake.

This hotel should get the worst hotel of the year award. The bathroom was stinger than the stingiest train toilet you can ever visit . The fan had 1 gallon of dust in it. Spiderweb are hanging all around the place. Cockroaches were dancing around the room. We couldn't use the cupboard as there was a Cockroach party inside. The floor was so dusty that your legs will get dirty pretty soon.

Waste room service and rooms. If you want to clean the room they didn't service and room boy/recipients attitude like arrogance. All bathroom ceiling dove nest and waste. Room floor, bed all are bad. AC water leakage inside room. No cooling for AC. Mostly bad smell in all room. 06/06/22.

This is the worst experience ever. The hotel rooms are unhygienic and stinky, the air conditioner wont work!! They also asked us to pay extra cash before checking in. The staff and management is impolite, rude, arrogant and disrespectful . They yelled at us for calling room service and complaining that ac is not working. When we argued about their disrespectful behavior they were rude and made a scene by yelling loudly at us and asked us to leave the hotel even though when we had a booking of 2 days. They threw the 20% refund money at us and snatched the keys that ww were returning. And started scolding us with some staff in-front of us. This hotel is spreading bad name for OYO standards This hotel should be BANNED and SUED !!!!!!!!! Please never book a room here. Such disrespectful hotel

Giving 1 star only because there's no option to give 0. They are cheats and the rooms are in such bad shape. The tap was broken, the linens were dirty and there were all sorts of stains on the walls. Also, we were not given breakfast which was part of the package; they told us the restaurant was shut and that we had to make our own arrangements. However, when asked by the OYO customer care executive they said that we did not open the door when they knocked to serve us breakfast. All said and done, the worst part is that they did not accept our discounted booking and made us pay the entire amount saying the discounted price is some sort of fraud going on, even though it was on the OYO app. I don't know whether to be disappointed with the property or the OYO customer support that was of absolutely no help. The property manager lied through his teeth and said that they never saw the cheaper booking whereas, in reality, he cancelled it himself, right in front of us. OYO has no system in place to verify these activities and conveniently washes their hands of when it comes to a refund.

It was an average experience. The bed was extremely noisy (squeaky). Even sitting on it was annoying. Turning from side-to-side at night woke me up. The bathroom didn't have the standard dispenser for hand soap. I got a bar of soap, which is ok, but not what I am used to from an OYO. The bedsheet had a gaping hole in it. Wouldn't recommend for more than one day/night.

When you have a house in your town, I guess you call it a TOWNHOUSE. The OYO brand TOWNHOUSE in neither in a town or is it a house. But it is very strategically located in the Kalyan Nagar- Kamanahalli- HRBR- CoxTown area of Bengaluru. A crow's flight away from my home in Cox Town, I found this to be an ideal location for Out of town boys from my home town to stay on a short vacation. Very moderate pricing for a week's stay in Air-conditioned double bedrooms. It is just off the Main 80 feet road which houses Specialist's Hospital, some breweries, pubs, veg and non veg eateries. The Pro's of the stay at this TOWNHOUSE are: 1.It's moderate pricing for weeklong stays and longer. 2.It's fabulous location just off the main happening streets. 3.It's digital auto updation when you confirm a booking which becomes very user friendly on Food delivery apps like Swiggy which is what you will have to depend on for every food and drink need. The delivery comes right to your room. 4.It's location near THE FILTER COFFEE vegetarian restaurant, which is soon turning into a tourist destination for their quality of food and superb service and ambience. A visit is highly recommended. 5. Spread across 4 Floors, but without the hustle and bustle as visitors are not allowed as a strict policy. The Cons of the stay at this TOWNHOUSE are: 1. The sorry Laundry service. They took the laundry and due to whatever issue we had to take the laundry back unwashed. Their explanation did not do justice. Not that it would have. 2. The sad state of the housekeeping or should I say the lack of it. 3. The employees were either not trained for the job or are not good at it. Right from the reception. OYO is an all-online platform I know, but great employees and great service help. Overall I would have given this place a 5-star rating for its quiet but strategic location, amenities and attractive pricing. BUT like we all know, the people and the service is what brings the customer back. Despite the lack of service, I would still recommend this space to OUT OF TOWNERS who would like to live in a TOWNHOUSE in an old part of Bangalore and savour its various offerings. - Monu Danesh Surendran.
