It such a good experience I have it is neat and clean with awesome ambience I would who want to stay with budget friendly prices

The room was very dirty and very poor service, high cost

We were looking for a great stay experience, with staying locked up for about a month without going anywhere! The best part about it is the warmness of the staff, at every level. The sense of complete ownership of any request that is made, the concerned staff member takes it to completion especially Manager Venkatadhri. The only thing you should do is to talk to the Staff, they will get it done what ever you have requested. I would say, S V residence is a great place to stay for families or with group of friends as the residence ambience feels like home. The way they have structured the complete residence as traditional home look.

Perfect location; excellent place to stay. The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel staff are very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to food. Overall experience was awesome. U wont regret, just be there. Very homely stay and greenery all around. My Prioritised option to choose this whenever I LL be visiting mpl.

Wrost experience ever....They asked extra money for online booking.... Even they changed hotel

This is the first worst experience in my travel life. They don't value for customer who booked room in month back. Generally what have seen the default check in 12 pm to 12pm right, but here that is no matters. Should accept the room when it is available. The manager (not polite)is not eligible to run the hotel with such behavior with customer. Toilet flush was not working, no wifi. Higher price in that locality ... And they forced me take suite end up paying big money, when I was argumenting same scene to manager .. he said with bad manner, take your money and vacat was answer.. and charged for water bottles as well. No bath towels, sops, bursh etc... additionally... They were talking about customer behavior in front of myself. Over all my experience with sv residency was bad... sorry . One thing was good here , night guy was polite.

It was a nice room for 750 per day. Very easy to locate, and as someone said, was peaceful in its own way though at town centre. Very nice greenery and common sit out balcony to relax. (Request for white thin bedsheets)
