A decent hospital. Moved here from a corporate hospital for my wife's delivery as the other hospital was eating off a whole day during each visit in the name of waiting & expenses. Hospital has experienced team of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr.Premalatha is experienced. Compared to other hospital the prices are decent too. Thank you for the front office receptionists.they are very descent in communicating the things in a polite way. Having heavy load of work they understood our problem and given bills for reimbursement as we came from a long distance. Thank you all the Nursing staff

The pharmacist is unavailable. He goes out quite frequently. I felt painful when a needle is inserted on my nerve. The nursing staff is okay. But they move here and there without putting observation on patients. Always go with a companion to care for you and bring medicine on time.

Very bad experience starting with reception staff itself. They don't know how to properly behave with people who visit that hospital. One day the receptionist guy told that doctor will be available on sunday. I have planned accordingly & when i called them on sunday they are saying doctor will never be available on sunday, then i have asked why have you given false information, she was saying its not her problem. And also they will charge you money unnecessarily even though you go within 5 or 6 days of appointment they will charge you 500 unnecessarily. And for pregnancy blood tests they will charge you 1200 which is 50% more than what they should charge ,its better to go to nearby any diagnosis centre. Overall it's disappointing and they have to improve a lot and put some good manners in treating people.

I'm happy and greatful for the medical services provided by the hospital in case of emergency situations. But I'm deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the way of treating the people by the assistants mainly the girl named <sailaja>.She has very bad tone of voice and very stubborn with her attitude. If the bill is not completed it's their responsibility to inform the people and ask them in a well manner way to make that complete. This is a public service hospital not a bank recovery agency to shout at the people to get the things done. And they have completed their nursing and hospitality courses and this is how they behave when something goes sideways. I will not recommend any of the known ones to visit this hospital for any kind of treatment, all of them are money minded and less mannered people mainly that girl sailaja.I'm deeply hurt by the way she responded when I was in worry situation, no manners no values no ethics at all .

Based on relatives suggestion we consult Dr.premalatha mam from 2nd month. We got better service than expected. Our time in hospital is good and my baby girl and myself born healthy and treated very well by staff. I got admitted at 3am at an emergency condition and treated gently.

Very arrogant jr doctors....and dey don't know how to give injection also ..... doctors should be patience...dey don't have dat character too....poor hospitality

The hospital has a good name and good gynaecology doctor. It cannot be compared to a multi-speciality one but it is 24 hours open. It's small and congested, neatness is not a priority. The staff is friendly and irresponsible at the same time. It would be much better if it had more insurance party availability. 5 stars for the gynaecologist.

Thank you Dr.Ramsingh sir. We visited hospital for laproscopy surgery for removal of stone in gallbladder and Ovarian Cyst. The surgery went well and I am able to recover fast. The hospital staff is very good and took a very great care. I personally recommend this hospital for any surgery related things and you will be happy visiting this hospital for sure.
