Customer service is good but all chinese products. Simply called mini Aliexpress shop. Price is costly for low quality products. No point to purchase a product. Buying a product to satisfy a purpose but here it is not. All are one day use or instant use and throw products

good collection, but rate is more than MRP. I bought a kids toy, even after 10% discount the on bill, the toy price is more than the MRP mentioned in the package. Please check the MRP in the package with your bill. In the bill they mentioned the toy price is rs.940 and after discount final price is rs.850. But the actual toy price mentioned in the package was MRP: rs740. Max rental price is only 740, but they are collecting more than rs.100 from MRP. Its one of my experince. Please check MRP and bill before buying anything.

Nearby till Urappakkam I was unable to find any shot by a helmet. I was direct by some mobile recharge shop person. Helmet was good for reasonable price. Sweat bands and lock was also present was nice. The best part is I forgot my bill in the shop. After reaching home I contact them from here and I got immediate response. Bill was shard to my personal WA no. It was vey nice of them to provide such support.

You would get good quality products in terms of footwear, bags.. Recently been there to buy a school bag for my kid and I was doubtful that it may not fit for my kid.. Store employee assisted to buy as that was minimal size for small kids and return it if that doesn't fit for my kid.. Bought it and found it was not right fit for my kid.. Went back to return the Bag in a thought that they would do a refund of cash once I return the Product, instead Store Manager insisted that they will not payback cash rather I should buy something for the same price.. Store manager was taking a lecture to me that they meant "return" means it is only "exchange".. I have told him that am well educated to understand what's return and what's exchange and finally ended up buying something which is not required for me.. Time waste, Energy waste, Day ended up bad.. Educating on how to behave is also much required and if there is a policy print it on bill or put a big board that no exchange or return entertained.. I don't want to spoil my day again and never going to visit these guys in my life again..
