This SSS site dose not even deserve 1 star. 1. They have worst customer support service i have ever seen in my life. 2. Product quality is so bed i cant even use those for floor cleaning. 3. Product never look same as they show on there site. it looks like these are stitched from local tailor. 4. Lastly delivery so late it feels like beerbal ki khchdi bhi itne time se jaldi ban jaygei. If u have ever order something just forget about that product for at least 2 months.

WORST Online Shopping portal. Inefficient and unprofessional customer care service. Delivery takes months and your wait never seems to end. They never pick your calls neither respond to mails properly. DO NOT BUY if you don't want to get cheated. Their policies are a thumb down. They dont even oblige to there own policies. I ordered two pair of sneakers worth 1198/- Both had patches of dirt and were different from what was shown on their site. On asking for Credit Note, they gave half the amount (599/-) with an invalid voucher code, which was valid for only 4 months whereas there is no such limitation on validity mentioned in the policy and you'll never get to know where your rest of the money went. It's hell frustrating dealing with their moronic behaviour. Talking about other product ,it had poor quality material. Ordered a pair of flats which broke down after two months straight. This is what their policy says: [[Q. Why don't you have a refund policy? Unlike other sites we are not backed by big financial companies. We are a small startup passionate about proving the trendiest designs at affordable pricing. Our business model does not give us the flexibility to give refunds but we do have a policy of providing a "credit note". In some ways it is equivalent to a refund. Eg. You bought a shoe for Rs 500 and did not like it. We will take the shoe back and provide you with a credit note worth Rs 500. You can redeem this credit note anytime in the future foe the full amount to shop from our website.]

I ordered three pair of shoes and the product quality was really very bad, moreover they never pick the cal nor do they revert to the mails. Their exchange and return policy is ever worse. I am never going to order anything from here in the future.

Well I ordered shoes and I received on 3 Rd day. I had a size issue so I got the replacement order in 2 days. I found the value for money. Lovely. If it takes a month for the order to come I think it's worth to wait

Well, till date I have ordered more than 7 stuff, out of which i was delivered with 5. they took quite a time delivering stuff. The clothing stuff I ordered was exactly the same they appeared on the site and this boosted me to go for the further shopping with this. The flats aren't as good as they are displayed on the site, not even closer, but yeah they make your feet look great. I still am purchasing from the site and my shopping has been limited with the clothing section. The biggest disappointment is the customer care support, they don't have any otherwise the clothing material are great and cheaper in comparison of many e-commerce sites.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website but i recieved the order after 25 days. The condition of the order was pathetic and there also existed the size issue due to which i raised a request for replacement and exchange. Henceforth, I recieved the exchanged order after 2 months now and that too a wrong pair of shoe. The customer care number they have provided does not exist and you'll not anything from them even if you try to send emails. This is the worst online merchandise I have come across. Now I dont know how do I replace this wrong order !! Also, there is no option of order cancellation on their website as per their so called policy.. Highly dissappointing.

It doesn't even deserve a single star. (without rating I can't post my review!!) The site is totally fraud. I paid online for my order and its been many months and I haven't got my order yet. No response from help desk. Never ever order from this site. Specially never pay online. Their products look good and classy. But the qualities are pathetic. Worst shopping site ever.

Well....What more do you expect from under 1000, I wont say the quality of the Products are Eminent but comparing to the price, it's Fine. The service was Good, got my Stuffs the very next day! Good Going, A great site for Students and and people looking for Low Budget clothing with Fashionable and Sophisticated design .
