I am sharing my experience with this dealership here as of i am a happy customer. I had recently purchased two cars from here i20 and i10 for me and my sister . Truthfully I had planned to buy other brand but meeting up with CRM Sanu P Johnson ,i had changed my mind and bought this cars . I would say he is very knowledgeable and experienced person that he explained every detail to me and made me to take a right decision . When i went for my first service of the cars i was astonished and delightful as Sanu took care of everything and delivered the cars on time and i very much appreciated their customer service and the relationship they keep up . I would certainly recommend this dealership especially Sanu for further business .

One of the worst hundai service centre in Kerala. Very bad service experience faced from them, Not giving any values to customer complaints

Unfortunately I have tried this service centre last 3 times , I had worst experience as below. Dec 2021 They never ready to listen what ever customer requested to avoid/don't wanted to do in service. They have done multiple services items which I told them not required. Dec 2022 Carelessly done the Maintenance of changing of rear wheel break cylinder due to that something happened with hand break notch and it became a situation of getting fire on the wheel, thanks for sending mechanic and fix it. April 2023 petrol hose was drilled by small beetles faced petrol leakage and we contacted this people to replace it instead of changing only the hose they were saying lots of excuses and was saying need to replace multiple items which cost Rs 3000+ instead of changing only Rs500 hose, bloody looters. We given car to fix this in the showroom where we purchased. They did it fo Rs 500.

Attended the Hyundai Exter show. Based on the promise of delivery from the first lot, I paid the booking cost. My confidence was strengthened by the promise of the owner of the SSH. I did not get the vehicle allotted from the first lot and the second lot. Based on the assurance that my vehicle is in the second lot and it reached their main depot; I paid a major portion of the total cost, even though they insisted on full payment. However the scenario changed quickly: there is no trace of the vehicle and the expected delivery is another three months away. God knows the reason. Refunds of the payments are denied. No proper responses. Beware: paying more than booking charge will land you in trouble. Take care. There is no value for the promises.
