S.S. Hospital - Private hospital in Bhiwandi - Thane, India

I had an extremely disappointing experience at SS Hospital. I was diagnosed with both dengue and malaria, but the treatment provided was inadequate. The medical staff only prescribed Dolo tablets for two days, neglecting the necessary malaria treatment. Unfortunately, my health showed no improvement, prompting me to switch to another hospital after three days of ineffective care at SS Hospital. Overall, a distressing and unsatisfactory medical encounter.

The staff is amazing, takes good care of patient,easily accessible. The place has lot of potential. My grandfather got admitted here of CRT-P surgery. Doctors did it easily and took good care. The brother vishal and sister priyanka were very helpful. The full recovery barely took a week unlike other hospitals they help on financial basis as well. Overall a great experience and a great hospital.

This is Asit Pradhan - and i had a very positive experience at SS Hospital. My father was admitted here on September 3, 2020 and was here for 12 days, part of it in ICU and part outside. I found that the doctors and nurses were very responsive - were available round the clock. Since I live outside the country, I wanted to be in touch constantly with the hospital. Over and above, their level of communication (proactive calls to relatives and also answering questions on the phone when possible) was exceptional. The medicines and testing was administered as required and the charges were very reasonable. I rate the doctors, nurses, administration very highly.

My mother was admitted in the hospital. All the doctors and hospital staff is very good and helpful. Hospital environment is neet and clean. I want to give especial thanks to Dr. Veenit from me and my family. Hospital is good but the problem is food that your hospital provided. The quality and test of the food is very bad. Even tea and milk is cold. Please I request you to do something about it.

My uncle was admitted here. He has recovered and got discharged yesterday. We are very happy with the staff and the doctor . Hospital staff are very supportive, pay maximum attention on patient, take care of every patient and put efforts on health recovery of patients. I personally chose this hospital for my tendon surgery on past experience.
