* I came here on 11th July 2023 around 18.30 to undergo MRI SCAN for right ankle, got my reports the next day around 11.00 on WhatsApp and took film later in the afternoon. * I requested for headphones as the machine creates irritating sound at high volumes, but there were no headphones available here. However, Mr. Bharat gave me cotton, so that it doesn't damage my ears, but they didn't stay at place due to vibration of the machine and gave no protection to the ears. * Mr. Bharat was responsive in every aspect and kind in nature. * Few weeks earlier, my Mamiji was admitted at the hospital in 1st floor emergency ward for blood transfusion. The toilet of the first floor was unhygienic and unclean. Talking about the staff, they were not in uniform and unprofessional. The guy who removed the cannula had big and dirty nails, also his shirt top 3 buttons were open. * No matter how the big hospital might be, but staff being unprofessional gives negative feedback related to the Hospital.
There staff are all local some are bheaving so much rude or specially there canteen owner his not maintained hygiene or the owner of canteen sale cigrette gutka etc. In hospital entrance or in hospital area all are smoking when am saying about them the owner will fight with me much bad experience over here so my advice go other hospital they don't have sufficient staff for housekeeping the toilet is so much smeelly
Ss hospital is good hospital in bhiwadi. All facilities are available in the hospital. Dr. Meenakshi Rana is very good experienced and knowledge in physician. Spl. Thyroid, sugar, H/L B.P. and many more.
I visited for muscle tear and saw an orthopaedic doctor. He was least interested in talking and knowing and understanding my problem. Instead he was busy chatting with some other folks there. He just wrote me medicines without saying much. Waste of time and money. Can't say about other doctors there. The hospital is not expensive, I hope they improve their service and staff as well. Also, their nursing staff looked not much interested in their job there either. Not going to go there again.
Very irresponsible staff and management is not in an organised way. The hospital gave a pregnant women t AB+ blood when her blood group is A+. Nurses are not well trained enough. I don't recommend anyone to go in this hospital.
