I recently underwent ACL surgery at SS hospital and I must say that my experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and caring. The surgical team was highly skilled, and they explained the procedure in detail, alleviating any concerns I had.
The post-operative care was outstanding. The nurses were attentive and made sure I was comfortable and well-informed about my recovery. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The physical therapy sessions provided on-site were also beneficial for my rehabilitation.
I'm now on the road to recovery, and I credit much of my progress to the care I received. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of orthopedic care and surgery.
I met with an accident in March 2023 and treated in SS hospital. They took very good care of me. Dr. Sreenivasa Gowda, duty Dr Nivetha and staffs were so kind. Gave proper treatment and good care. They only care about patients health. Very less attendees are allowed so issue of infection. Worth to get treated in this hospital. Esp Dutt Dr Nivetha came atleast 4 -5 rounds per day.
The worst hospital ever, my brother was admitted for an emergency they looted 7000 rupees. After we reached home we saw a wound bleeding continuously when we checked nearby clinic they said it is deep wound and they had to put 3 stitches. The SS Hospital looted 2500 for Doctor consultation and emergency care, but these stupids didn't even care to clean the wound nor checked why it is bleeding. I would rate even in Minus if i had options. They are money minded not service based. Shameless Money beggers under the shade of hospital
Worst hospital with poor staff response and no proper response. Don't keep your life at stake. They have lift for the name sake and it would be switched off all the time, no response need to wait a lot, worst ever I have seen till date

20th night 12am ...she is 5month pregnant complain of vaginal bleeding..since next day 12pm ther is no treatment she blood loss more than 2000ml...12pm she become unconscious...She had Hypovolimic shock...(Sister not knowledge about Shock..)after they start the treatment but got Abortion she lost her baby...nurse & doctor No skilled at least they don't have basic skills like..priority and Emergency care, Triage system...etc...Sister and doctor they don't know how behave with relatives....
People should go like NABH JCI certified hospital..this hospital staff have careless and Negligence..It's my 100% genuine feedback....
