The travel agency is near to tumkur university. They book and provide tickets for different places of state and outside. The office space is around 650sq.ft. The parking is available in front of office. The staffs needs to improve in terms of communication with customers. They aren't friendly enough.
Timing schedule is very bad and know one can massage Conway properly, and so much communication gap Between bus and boarding point peoples... Plz say clear and cut timing and reaching time of bus.. Other wise all good
Perfect place to bord the buses as most of the other travels stop near the highway. Good staff
If you are traveling with heavy luggage or equipment its better to board over here at Tumkur as most of the other bus operators stop on the highway which is very DANGEROUS for boarding. However do not expect favors from the staff with help with luggage etc if you make a CASH booking over here. They will stand and look. Its better to book with redBus as you can later on make an official complaint on the redBus site.
