I stayed two days at this hotel. I would like to share my experience with you. It my second time to stay at your hotel The staff behaviour is very good and they are very polite and professional Especially the mam. I would like to rate 5 stars out of 5 The cleanliness around the floor and the wash room are good. Bedsheets and pillows are neat and cleaned. I would like to rate 5 stars out of 5 I felt comfortable with the air conditioner. I would like to rate 5 stars out of 5 The overall experience with the hotel SR plaza is very nice and comfortable. Good and budget friendly Lodging. From the day 1, the Owner and his wife who had communication with us regarding room booking were friendly and clear in conveying things. She followed up on arrival time here and then, and made all necessary arrangements. We had early check-out and all went well with that too. Great co-ordination.
Very nice arrangements we had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and hospitality was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone visiting downtown.
